چکیده

Nutrition, disease, and general wellbeing can be affected by the microbial communities associated with digestive tracts of aquaculture species. Different sections species’ have distinctive surfaces structures, which change communities. The present study examined composition distribution bacterial species in intestine hybrid grouper (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus E. polyphekadion) its environment. Using high-throughput pyrosequencing, a 16S rRNA sequence analysis was performed on foregut, midgut, hindgut, as well cultured water feed. There were 610,452 sequences obtained from five components (foregut, water, feed). Among operational taxa (OTUs), 506 them detected 605 510 573 feed samples. A total 113 5 annotation revealed that intestinal dominated Proteobacteria (67.3%–73.7%), Firmicutes (8.4%–14.0%), Actinobacteria (6.9%–10.5%). In culture predominant (36.3%), (30.0%), Planctomycetes (14.0%). Acinetobacter (1.4%–17.9%) Photobacterium (32.0%–57.5%) intestine. (3.6%) Mycobacterium (7.1%) bacteria. contained potentially pathogenic bacteria: Pseudomonas, Flavobacterium, Escherichia coli, Aeromonas bacteria, Vibrio. highest proportion Vibrio found (1.7%), while Pseudomonas midgut (2.6%). Six potential probiotics (Lactococcus, Streptococcus, Bdellovibrio, Lactobacillus, Bacillus, Bacteroides). Aquaculture intestines Bacteroides, Lactobacillus. According to findings, flora is closely correlated pond Results provide an experimental basis for controlled breeding groupers regulation their microecological processes environment deepen our understanding population healthy groupers.

This paper reports on the first successful backcross breeding between TGGG hybrid grouper and GG in captivity. To establish a seed production technique for this new backcross grouper, eggs and larval development were observed. Three successful spawning was observed in November 2018, September 2019 and November 2019. The eggs were collected using stripping methods and the sperms were collected u...
